  Ordered two caps and a jersey a month ago and paid at store after third time at store for pickup manager tells me my order arrived but not to store where I was supposed to receive merchandise. He then sent me to check the other store which I did and manager from that store sent me to the mall main office to check if they had received the merchandise that was supposed to be delivered at store to begin with. Came back to lids after one hour trying to track my order, the manager calls customer service which should have done in the first place before sending me on a scavenger hunt to later tell me my order was returned by delivery service since order was on my name but had business address. Ended cancelling order and now have to wait 10 days for my refund.would give no star but it would not allow me to post review.
