  My experience at Conn's was excellent, our sales representative Marcella Espinoza was amazing!! She was very kind, intelligent, and guided us through all our options and the ones that best fit our needs. I definitely recommend to go to Conn's and ask for Marcella! We are very happy with our new bedroom set that we're getting!

  My experience with your company has been one of the most frustrating ordeals of my life. I ordered a refrigerator this past Wednesday from your Laredo store. The reason I chose your store was due to the fact that you were the only store in my city that could have the refrigerator at my house the next day. I even accepted paying $300 more than what your competitors were selling this refrigerator for because they couldn't get it to my house as soon as your store claimed they could. However, next day delivery apparently doesn't apply to Thursdays so I had to wait until Friday to receive my refrigerator. This was still one day faster than Best Buy, so based on my family needing a refrigerator ASAP, I didn't mind paying extra at this point. Friday arrives and so does my refrigerator. However, the unit is clearly damaged, with the motor and cooling coils being dented as well. I was offered 10% off this fatally damaged unit, or a brand new unit that would be delivered today. I chose the new unit and was told by the delivery person that it would be here first thing this morning. I was now left having to pay $300 extra for a unit that was now scheduled to be delivered on the same day as Best Buy had offered. In order to attempt to rectify this situation, I called the 1-800 number to your company and was transferred to the delivery department. They offered me a refund of my delivery charge, a charge that I didn't have to pay in the first place. Not satisfied, I declined the offer and proceeded to call the store I purchased the refrigerator from. They were even less helpful. I was asking for the 10% concession from your store as a sign of good faith that you took customer service seriously. I was told by the store manager that the process to get this sort of discount was too tiresome and that she didn't want to go through it all only to be rejected. After 30 minutes of back and forth, I called your main 1-800 number and spoke to a manager who submitted my complaint to a customer service unit and I am currently awaiting a call from them on Monday. At that point I was satisfied with my purchase and our current resolution to address my situation respectfully. I wake up this morning and my refrigerator is still not delivered. I again call the delivery department and they claim that no delivery was scheduled for me even after being told by the delivery driver that my refrigerator was going to be his first stop of the day today. A delivery is now scheduled for tomorrow. So now I'm left paying $300 extra for a unit that still isn't here and Best Buy would have had in my house this morning. As it stands right now, pending further concessions on your company's behalf, this had been one of the worst purchasing experiences in my life. I would not recommend your company to anyone who asked or who is taking the time to read this.
